We're committed to building the best product available, so if you're not happy with you STNDRD FARE purchase, we'll make it right.  For the fastest results, email us at info@stndrdfare.com and we'll figure out the best next steps.  

Exchanges
If you find that you need to exchange your product for another item, send us an email at info@stndrdfare.com.  we will accept any new, in-packaging items as an exchange.  

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: STNDRD FARE, 43 Carmody Lane, Uxbridge ON L9P1A4, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
